I think Justin Bieber earned more fame in three years as a solo singer. When Micheal started his carrier he was in the band of his brothers. He sang his first solo song in 1971 then up to early 80's he was the leading pop singer. So, we can say that Justin Biebe has earned more fame in first three years.
