**RIGHT TO PROTECT REPUTATION****I have a few people and some family members who don’t want me to have the things I worked for in life. I have always had a belief of looking down the road where I had a vision or something to accomplish and putting in the steps that are necessary to bring the vision to pass even as a child. Sometime situations and circumstances will get in the way to slow the process of getting better or closed to the desired outcome but I don’t allow things to totally distract me. I am willing to go threw what ever I have to go thru. I feel I’m thought enough to handle it so I don’t feel the pain factor. I know I’ll be alright. I check out the morals , Values and ethics to make sure I within the proper parameters of right according to the CONSTITUTION that we live under as well as my plan of action then a pursue my goal. I may have to remove people or things from my life that intentionally cause resistance. I get tunnel vision and go after the vision while maintaining my current situation best I can. I have a few people stealing instead of writing things and sending them around the network to be used to influence writing ideas** Stealing dialog and acting as if it belongs to someone else especially if the dialog has substance. Generally making up bad things for myself. I have a few old relationships with women who I haven’t seen in 1-3 years. SHAKE THEM HATTERS OFF. Some people priorities are not straight because I wouldn't focus on another individual to hate because my time is more valuable than that. Some people need to focus on bills, raising good children and getting them off to a good start, being a good mate , a good family member , a good employee or Business owner , Get rich or retirement, mental and physical well being etc. Knocking things off their things to do list, Working on their vision on where they will be in five years list of things to do now to bring that to past, Man and woman or family list of things to accomplish together in addition to their separate list, etc where do they find the time to hate. Their priorities are not straight. ** Vanity -chasing after the wind. If they worked on these things one day they will wake up and something nice would have happened to them. Enough to where someone would be envious of them as well. They would have something good going on with them, to where someone will hate on them. They would just be distracted and noticed they have some things going on.

Hip hop began in the 70's with rappers delight. Outside of a few hits from our parent’s generation like signified monkey. The Hip hop generation had a tendency to take old sound tracks and create new ones and add their own words. Sometimes the words were ad lib; sometimes they were verbal portraits of the citations and circumstances of the day to day life from the environment in witch the artist/writers were living. Sometimes poetry was marinated in a musical beat from our parent’s generation and produced millions of dollars for minorities. Later minorities grew to the level of getting a bigger piece of the pizza or pie and began going thru the process of developing their own manufacturing companies/record labels. The manufacturing bar code on the back of CD's are similar to the manufacture bar code on products that were manufactured on our entire store shelves. These people who own these companies with these labels and products on store shelves generally take in millions of dollars. This means we have arrived. Kids are producing these same companies in their family homes by molding their parent’s generation. They are studying dictionaries at a rate probably never seen before. Doing away with illiteracy at a rapid pace. In the seventies there were allot of people who played it off as though they could read and really could not. We are growing.
When people make allot of money they have to reinvest the money in the economy. Sometimes this money ends up in the minority communities in the form of business allowing additional jobs where people can pick up survival skills by working there.

Our Parents or Grandparents mothers and fathers came up on mostly Religious music and told their kids that they were going to go to h**l if they listed to secular music. (Mu
Sic that didn't reference god). Our parents and or Grandparents listen to the same music as they did as teens even after 40ys of age. Their parents always thought that people in their forties listed to religious music or music of their time. Our parents still listen to what they grew up on today and they still make their music till this day. So will Hip Hop. There is nothing left to talk about.
The woofers and amps for the base are the people in their 40's generation. Fausgate amps and M&M 16, 12, 10 and 8inch Woofers are ours. We made police write noise pollution tickets because of pictures in homes were falling off walls due to base vibrating thru the home from low riders on the slab with elbows and Vogue tires, classics & vogues tires, centerlines with skinny runners in front, super lights sometimes with runners. Paint jobs with metal flakes or syrup down to look wet and not to mention pearl. Holly wood tops like open Corvette roofs or t-tops. Teardrops carved inside of the car with antennas and possibly a 5th wheel like our fathers generation digging in the scene with a gangster lien period. You just bring things back from the former generation and create new additions for your newer generation. This is what’s expected by the newer generation. I'm not passing any torch to the next generation. My torch is for life. My parents didn't stop their thing because we came on the scene and keep on doing their thing and we just keep on doing ours. They made their music and generated millions in the economy and still do and so will our generation from 30yrs to 45 years old. WE PLAY FOR KEEPS. OUR LIVES ARE EMORTILIZED IN MUSIC AND VIDEO. The kids grew up watching our real life re in acted on videos. We have substance and have lived to see real life that people identify with. Hip Hop also served as a Pedestal to speak out. Slavery day’s music had messages. We are not going to stop anything because someone wants something and cripple billions on dollars from circulation in the US economy. We simply can not afford it. BLACK BUSINESSES IS WHERE WE ARE AND HEADED...WITH A TRACK RECORD FOR SUCCESS. DO THE SAME THING. Experiment on the side and change. Then see if it works. I haven't been seeing that many platinum hits lately. You don't change things when you reach a successful routine when money is on the line as in tear thing apart to attempt to put back together if it isn't broken. Disassemble?? The last July of Bush’s Administration the economy was at the levels of the great Depression. Dissembling an Industry that was close to record revenues including the archive sales in addition to new products was needed like the United States needed a HOLE IN THE HEAD. This can cause a rippling and domino effect that an inexperienced mind can't calculate nor fix. They haven't lived enough life to even calculate repercussions down the line into darkness on an industry. In the area of maximizing performance you get the following. 1. Pattern interrupt or interrupting a pattern like a clothing pattern that is close to perfection. Trial and era phase has been replaced by down to a science. Like tying your shoes as a kid it took your focus and time but now you tie shoes and your mind is somewhere else while tying shoes and is correct 98% of the time. Trial and era takes money, time, mistakes and coming back from mistakes etc. 2. New working system that’s designed for long term growth??? Not yet discovered-$$$. 3. Momentum that will probably never be reached again or it can take decades. 4. How much money, creativity, relationships that are lost and can't be placed in the engine. These are parts/components. Some components were special design by key players and creative people don’t always share their creativity unless they are getting what they need or want. It can take a decade as I explained a couple years ago then we were blessed with Alicia Keys -I won't tell your Secrets and Acons - busting out of your speakers as well as Scarface’s we fly high. This was years after being in the Military. Garfield Maricella is my Grandfather who had only one child. I’m my mother’s only son. I heard tale of having brothers and sisters but I don’t know them. I think I met my little sister once at the age of four when I seen my father for the first time in 2 years after he and my mother separated. I never have seen him again after that evening. I understand that he says otherwise but it isn’t true. I never received a call nor card from him and my grandmother Veola Scott still lives in the same home he got my mother from and the phone number is still the same. I understands that he lives approx 3 miles from her home and he’s aware of the fact on occasion that I’m around in the area but I haven’t met him nor shaken his hand . I remember when I was a kid I use to look at men in the store a few times and wondered if it was my father based on what I think I remembered about him. God blessed me with a vivid memory from the age of 2 years old. I remember our day to day lives and where we lived in addition to some of my friends I played with. My advice to some unfortunate kids who are not growing up with their parents would be that God is your father. Life is strange sometimes and you can think that it is best to grow up around your father but there is something wrong somewhere sometimes. Your distant relative my not be operating on sound mind and body. God has appointed them to be there for you as best they can but they are not doing it. This is normal human behavior for your Father to look in on you or at least let you know what he looks like. This mean that they may put some twisted beliefs or values in your head that you can end up worst off if they were around for a percentage of people. The first 20 years of your life will pass by fast. Adult hood will last forever and that’s where the dividends began to pay off. The bad programming causes resistance in your growth process and quality of life. EXAMPLE: your father can be a criminal and do things that are conducive to going to jail and everything that comes with it. You have a tendency to model yourself after your parents at different times especially if your mind isn’t strong. You could wind up with a lot of criminal ideas to act out and end up in Prison. You can get out of Prison but it can take many years to recover to where you are supposed to be. The definition of Life for me is a sum total of one experiences to date. We get bad ideas outside the home but some people parents are not careful in the area of what the kids see and hear in the home. Where do they go? I have done some questionable thing in my home before but I made sure the kids didn’t know about it.

*** Football corner back, wide out kick returns- S- This is a great place for kids in all areas. Your involved in competition all-day long. Gives you a competitive edge as a child. Boxing was fun also. They are very similar to the YMCA.
*** Freestyle - always swimming 1st or 2nd.-competed with older Boy's most of the times. I -loved collecting awards

*** Shotwell Middle School in Aldine 21-5A - Undefeated & not scored on Team in 7th Grade under Coach Melvin Mc Gown former NFL Linebacker. I played wide out, cornerback, Returned kicks -never a pass caught on me, intercepted just about everything came my way and scored occasionally after interception. Turn over specialist interceptions, fumbles and cause them. I learned to hit people low and knocking them a flip. Lyndale Smith the other corner and I use to have competitions on flipping opponents and separating them from the ball. Played soccer for a short time- that’s a lot of running and you must be well conditioned. Its nun stop
Baseball – I didn’t play on teams as much as I liked. I should have taken Baseball more serious. I Thing I could have gone to the minors after High School due to my speed, arm, catching, leaping and hitting faster and faster pitches would have been my area of focus. I was good but the older you get the closer to 90 and above mile per hour fast balls you get. I always admired Roland and Kevin spears for their Baseball. I had Transportation problems back and forth to Baseball Practice.
**** Played some Basket Ball as freshman & lots out in the streets and local Parks in town. I worked other Years during Basketball season to help my single mother by providing my own money source and sometime paid a few bills or living expenses like Gasoline, water bill, light Gas bill, my own clothes and expenses.
**** Eisenhower High- #44 –aka LEGENDARY-Corner Back, Wing Back, Return Kicks, Hands - never a pass caught. I had one bad game where there was yardage but other than that there was a zero yard average or sub zero yardage average. I generally set the other team back for a loss. Pretty good at riding the pitch man out. The moment the ball was snapped I would leap over the line and start playing like a cutting horse from that point inching them back before the pitch. When the Tight end released I knew it was a pass so I went to pass responsibilities. I average an INTERCEPTION PER GAME and Scored occasionally, tackles in the # of a Linebacker/ strong safety occasionally if All American Tight end was involved. SHUTDOUN DEFENSIVE BACK/ CORNER. -NO ONE EVER CAUGHT A PASS ON ME #44 legendary- Texas High school football Magazine 1985 thru 87. I was a 3 year letterman State in Chronicle competing for Top spot in Texas Cornerback- Interceptions, Tackles, Yardage and Possible fumble recoveries.*** Had a few problems at home with a single mother’s financial situation downward spiraling from the 1985 economy meltdown. Things began to dominoes economically down the line and stressed my home out then an Adulthood type lifestyle set in. I never made it back to the grid iron that I loved. My advice to the young players are to study and practice against the competitors tendencies, run up the stadium to increase 40 yard dash, get off legs during game on sideline. The strongest legs win during 4th quarter. *** KEEP PLAYING ** PRO’S PICK FROM WHO’S THERE AT THE TIME. SOME OF THE BEST ATHELITS STOP PLAYING BEFORE CONTRACT TIME. BE THERE. Disassociate yourself from pain and feelings. A Team consists of each player taking care of THEIR RESPONSIBILITY- then peels off and helps your TEAM MATE.

MY advice to young men who don’t have a father growing up would be to look at the other men in the neighborhood that seem to have it right to get idea’s on how you are going to do things when you get your family. Coaches are good role models and they help build good mental and physical toughness. Some times it isn’t good to even have a father putting ideas in your head or setting your belief system up because they are so screwed up that you can live a life of LIMITED BELIEFS or be directed down the wrong path. This can eat up many years of your life by being unproductive (R. Kelly – BAD MAN -Bad as in good of course) Read Anthony Robins Unlimited Power for some good seeds of thought and trains your mind for success and participates in sports. Sports are success classes to me. Practice would be the daily assignments and the game will be the test. Sometimes you lose, get clobbered, almost win etc. You get right back up and do it again and get better and better as you go until you are just good at what you do. Then you began to work on being great by getting stronger on different elements of the game.

I had as many as 19 people at one particular time until I got tired of the payroll and management then I downsized and did a lot of the work myself and began to see more profits. The definition of Business is to take a risk to make a profit... Payroll is a big risk so there fore Psychology is a must in managing people to maximize company’s performance and revenues before payroll... Pumping millions of Dollars to school owners and opening the door to cross over the bridge to a regular life for those in the streets by way of getting them into the job market. $400 per student for putting them in class as an Independent Recruiting Contractor / Self Employed Marketing Company. Duties consisted of training field team and placing them in places around the city for maximum penetration of the market place to collect sales leads on future customers. Telemarketing and training some of them to set appointments to enroll and screening for Pell Grants and student Loans. Counseling to remove any road block a person would have in attending classes to reduce retention that was governed by the federal Government or they wanted money back or close you down, lock up in the Federal Prison. Things ranging from Food stamp assistance, Housing , Bus tokens , Food Pantries , Homeless shelters for men , women and children, Motivating , How to escape the street’s jail house chance to get some money cycle, subsidized daycare, bus tokens for transportation, bill assistance places like Gulf Coast and all the other stuff I don’t have time to mention. Misrepresentation launched investigations and Independent statuses were ruled illegal and I became school’s employee- management.
