Losing your fiance

Last week my fiance died of a massive heart attack. She was only 28 years old. I miss her so much. I just don't know what to do now. I don't awnser my phone . I'm scared to go outside. I break down over the littlest things. My mother tried to get me some help, but I couldn't bring myself to leave the house. This weekend it's time for me to go back to work. I'm so scared. How do I get though this?
