M285-e will not boot

I have a gateway m285-e tablet pc . I problem first began with the screen flikering, I thought that it might be the video cable but when I conected an external monitor it did the same thing. Now I try to power it on both fans will power on for about 2 seconds and then shut off at the same time the wireless light and the power light will turn on and stay on however the hard drive light will only blink once then go off  and the screen will stay blank.

    You must visit company's service center near you they can provide you full guidance and they will tell you better how to resolve this issue.
