    Hi,
What it sounds like is, your washer is getting an error code. Trouble is, with the 3000 series Neptune, there is nothing to show what error code it is getting.

From what I have seen in the past, more then likely, your motor is failing or the motor control board has gone out.

You can test this by removing the front panel of the washer and unplugging the connector JP4 (I think) from the motor control board and start the washer in a spin. If the washer spins at a 50 RPM speed, then the motor is fine. If not, then the control is bad. This particular model had a problem with the motor and control and required a replacement kit because of the problems. The part number for it is 12002039. It contains the motor and motor control board. More then likely you will need a qualified technician to check and diagnose these issues.

    Hope that helps
