I have been working out for a year now but I still cant get abs, what will it take to get me ripped?

     Most guys go to the gym to workout to become big, getting ripped is a priority for few people, to get ripped you need a while, you cant get ripped overnight, you need to have a proper diet, a proper exercise schedule, detailed below are some of the things you need to focus on to get ripped.

    DIET:  you need a proper diet plan to get ripped; almost 70% efforts are made by diet alone for you to make your muscles visible. You will have to consume fewer calories to be ripped, Your calorie intake should be between 10 to 12 multiplied by your body weight.

    Don’t forget to have an intake of proteins and carbohydrates as it helps in increasing muscle glycogen and helps you bare the workouts as well.

    Workout: To get ripped you will have to workout on the following exercises to get the maximum out.

    Bench press

    Squat

    Deadlift

    Row

    Calf raise

    One ab exercise.

    Cardio: have some cardio sessions to make you more flexible.
