Probably caused from power surge. What is it? Parts needed? Dead???

    I hae a mitsubishi WS-65611 HDTV 1080i. It shut down and won't power back up. Green light is blinking? Tried sys reset and unpluging for several hours but just get green light blinking after I plug it back in.  Any help would be appreciated
