Mobile numbers cannot be easily traced in Pakistan, its not easy to trace any number, you can get a number blocked, only when there is some genuine reason, like you hd been recieving annoying calls from that number. Mobile phone companies have the authority and means to trace any mobile number, but they don't reveal the identity and address of the sim holder.

Well, if there is a crime or accident involved and you want to get a mobile number traced, the first thing you need to do if to file an FIR in nearest police station for the particular incident. Taking that FIR to the particular cellular company you can get the number traced only if it's turned on. if the phone is switched off, the telco can tell you the last location at which the number was active and at which time....
