Question:

My 12 year old daughter worries about everything

She takes forever to do simple tasks because she is worried that something might go wrong.  She worries that her toothbrush touched the edge of the sink and it might get germs on it.  She washes her hands 10 times a day.  One day she worries that she's not eating enough then the next day she worries that she's eating too much.  She hasn't started her period yet, but is this maybe just the onset of puberty or is there something more going on.
