    Hi There,
    It sounds like you have a door switch problem.  There are usually two or three door switches and one may be melted or stuck.  They all have to be activated for the oven to operate properly.  The case has to be removed and each switch removed and tested separately.  I hope you are an easy going person because it can be very exasperating trying to get some of these switches out.  Some are Normal/Open and some are Normal/closed.

    Another guess is that there may be a short in the main circuit board.
    There is a computer chip that reboots when you unplug the unit.  It could be either.
