   My Carrera shaver is very noisy and has been since new. Whilst I am using it it tends to shriek intermittently. I have made sure that the heads and all parts related are srupulously clean, but it makes no difference. I have had many shavers over the years but this is the first I have every had that sreams at me. Also, if you shake it gently it sounds as if there is a small piece ratling around inside. What is the cause of the problem and fix for this?
