My Sharp XR-10X-L Projector calls for AN-XR10XL2 bulb. Can I use an AN-XR10XLP bulb instead?

My Sharp XR-10X-L Projector calls for AN-XR10XL2 bulb. Can I use an AN-XR10XLP bulb instead?

     If AN-XR10Xl2 bulb fit in place instead of XR-10X-L then sure you can use it there isn't any issue in it. But do properly check if the later bulb fit in perfectly in the holder other wise it can make some sort of damage to your Projector in long run.

    Thanks! The L2 bulb (which it calls for) is actually the newer model but I have access to the AN-XR10XLP (the older model). I'm thinking of giving it a shot to see if it works. I'll probably post later as to wether or not it works. Thanks for your answer.
