There might some issues with your internet configuration; I am writing few solutions that might help you to resolve your internet connectivity problem.

    1. The router might be secured with WPA key. To connect you have to enter the code that you have selected for router security

    2. There might be a proxy setting. You have to enter the proxy code in your browser please follow these steps to enter the proxy code and the port information.

If you are using Google chrome then

Click Tools options in tools bar.

    Select options

    Click Under the hood

Select Change proxy settings under the Network option

Select the connection tab and go to Lan settings

Enter the Proxy key and port number provided

    Restart your browser

    If you are Mozilla user

Click Tools in tool bar option and select Options

Select the advance tab the select network tab and go to the settings option

Enter your proxy address and port information

    Then click ok

    Restart your browser

    3. If everything is configured already then there might be a problem with router configuration

Please call the network provider to resolve your issues, if there is a manual given with your device then follow the instructions provided.

If you are experiencing any other problem the please write down your problem in detail so that I can figure out the exact problem and the method to tackle it.
