I have a NWZ-B135F Sony MP3 Player, its frozen... when i start it, it hangs on the welcome screen and does not moves further... i have tried reseting it through the reset button behind.. never works..!  and when i plug it into my pc.. there is no reaction.. the PC does not recognize it.. no pop-ups as in there is a new device attached.. NOTHING at all.. neither does the mp3 starts to charge... can some one please help me out with this problem.. i guess it needs a format.. but HOW ????
