Need to collect the right resumes for recuritment

Hi, i generally have alot of issues hiring the right people for my company. Its takes a long while to collect the resumes and then to shortlist and so on. Its very hard to even get the right people to apply for the job. What should i do?

    Well there are a lot of ways you can get the right resumes for a particular job announcement. It’s basically just the way you market or advertise the job opening making sure you clearly state your requirements. That way you won’t receive pile of junk resumes which are not useful to you.  The best way is through employee referrals and word of mouth. Another way is either through recruitment websites or newspaper adverts.
    The most reliable and easiest way is employee referrals. In this method way you advertise the vacancy with in the company and ask your employees to refer candidates like friends, family, friend of friends etc. This not only saves time but delivers quality people. There best benefits being:

    Employees are unlikely to recommend people who they think are unqualified or unreliable.

    * Decreased time in hiring:

    Employees are selling the company to the people they refer. Interviewers, including people in FIR, can spend their time evaluating a candidate's background and qualifications. Employees also tend to recommend people who they know are ready to make a job change, which also speeds the hiring process.

    *An opportunity to strengthen the bond with existing employees:

    Referral programs acknowledge and reinforce the company's commitment to rewarding the individual for helping the company.
