PLAY.COM - DELAYED / LATE DELIVERY

had ordered, a webcam- six working days ago.
there selling point- is giving you free delivery &&
making sure it gets to you by 'FIVE WORKING DAYS'
-
they failed, its this 6th day- if its not here by tomorrow morning
looking to file a complaint.

anyone else, had a simular experience.

    I pre-ordered Section 8 two weeks ago, which was released in the UK on the 11th. Its now the 15th and it still hasn't arrived. I could've bought it in the shops 4 days ago..

    posting this up.

    not too bad, deliveries
    can get a wee bit delayed at times.
