Well there is no doubt about the fact that Pakistan Cricket is going through the best of times and is having a smooth sail. Out of form players, match fixing allegations, no international matches at home or be it aging players without proper replacements all add to up to create a really messy situation. Pakistan teams inconsistency and instability both on and off the field works as fuel to fire.

When there is a will there is a way, similarly when there is a problem there is a solution to it. All you got to do is find it out. The problems and issues faced by the team are well talked about by now. Pakistan is known for coming up with one of the most talented cricketers. In my opinion, the first thing to do is accept the situation and then try to control the damage. Once that is done they should focus on rebuilding and then maybe they can worry about the rankings and stuff. Work on the basic that’s what I have learned to do when things are not going your way and that is exactly what they need to do. Make a list of the most likely players to star in all three formats, work on them and try to keep them away from falling for traps and can end them up in court cases. Second phase mark a replacement for every single player on the list, and start working on them, so by the time they get a chance they are ready. Pakistan needs to think local but act global at the moment. Use the resources at hand and put them to best use possible and start repairing things on a global scale through swift and effective diplomacy. May be start a couple of local tournaments properly organized and backed by the PCB. Make the people of Pakistan come back to the game to back the green jersey once again. But this time the Pakistan team will have to show something to get something out of the fans at home.

In Pakistan cricket is considered as to be the game in which we do not need to create players. It is naturally gifted to this area. Pakistan has produced the world best bowlers ever any any form of game.

As you mentioned that problems should be identified, so problem is not within the cricketers the real problem is with those bunch of people who are ruling the government. I am not talking only about the current government but who ever is there feels that he is the only owner of each and every thing. He forgets that he is only the representative of the public. They think they are the one who can do any thing and they are right because there is no one who can ask them questions against their acts.

Bribe is so common in Pakistan that if someone is going to any government office for some sort of legal work, still he has to pay certain amount as bribe to the officer in front of him. Same like that talent is overcome by these means and it stays only in the streets. The selection committee should organize regular camps all around the Pakistan to locate the hidden talent.

Now as there are three forms of game T-20, One day and the Test cricket. All the teams should be different and there should be training clubs for these players. Same way as it is being adopted in Australia.

There should be a standard that only those players will be entered into team who will get to the specified standard. By doing this cricket will raise to the maximum glory. And there should be always a proper check on cricketers so that they should stay away from the bookies. If any of them found in such activity then he should be penalized.
