Question:

Parakeet sleeping alot

I just purchased a baby parakeet two days ago. Well she seems to be sleeping alot, she does eat and drink. But she is sleeping all the time in between this. What do you think is wrong? Her f***s look fine. And she doesnt look any diff then from when I purchased her.

Hi,
Are you trying to find an avian vet?  Not a cat/dog vet, but an exotic animal vet.  Try this website for help locating a bird vet:

www.aav.org

If this doesn't help, search the internet using the string "avian veterinarians."  There's lots of bird vets listed.  If you can't find one close, call the closest one and ask for a local reference.

Birds that "sleep" like you describe your keet is doing for the length of time you state, likely has a medical problem.  Whether your bird will get better or not I can't say because I don't see the entire picture here like you can being physically present with your bird all the time.  It depends on what is wrong with your bird, but I'd say at this point, no, he likely will not get better on it's own if it's been a week.  A day or two is different than a week.
