You do not have to spend much money to look attractive and well manicured feet. Just enough to make you learn a pedicure in the comfort of your home at least twice a month.

Your feet are the vehicle that takes you everywhere and although sometimes you have forgotten, they deserve all the care in the world. An ingrown toenail, a callus headed you wear uncomfortable shoes or simply dry cracked heels and say a lot more about you than it seems.

Step Number 1

The holidays do not have to be the excuse for neglecting your feet. Here 's how to care for them through a few simple steps. First you must remove remaining glaze...there is nothing more disgusting than a broken and unpolished nails!

Then dip your feet in a bowl of warm water and a few drops of lemon oil soaped for 10 or 15 minutes. Then dry them very well with special attention between the toes. So you avoid the appearance of fungi which are then difficult to combat.

Step Number 2

Check if your feet have calluses. If so fricciÃ_nalas with a pumice stone, and then with a special file for callused feet. Do it gently but energy is not hurt. It is also recommended for peeling the skin of your feet remains smooth and free of dead cells.

Step Number 3

Now comes one of the most critical moments in the process: cut your nails. Always do it straight (horizontal) and never too short (I should be rather square). A badly cut nails can eventually cause deformities in the fingers.

Then you have to file them, always with emery board, because metallic are very aggressive. Always starts with the rougher side of the file, ending with the finest and invariably from the outside of the nail towards the center side, respecting the cutting of it.

Lima least possible side areas, only a past, otherwise you run the risk of embodying your nails. Better not cut cuticles, just push them back with an orange stick.

The function is to protect the cuticles of microbes and fungi.

Step Number 4

Once you have carefully removed the flakes of the fingers (with special pliers), give your feet a massage with moisturizing cream that you use it for the body.

The massage should be energetic, rubbing gently but firmly across the foot, from the toes to the heel, stretching and massaging all fingers, one by one, and the space between é these, then returns to the foot massage, but now with a closed fist.

Step Number 5

If you like nail polish, you can opt for the French pedicure, or the color that you like. Place a pillow between your fingers or a cotton wool apart. Apply your favorite polish, and if you want to last longer just have to put up a layer of colorless nail.

If you like bright colors, a good tip is to apply a layer of colorless nail polish or base before the color, so you can remove it anytime you do it more quickly and easily.
