    A petition has been filed on Thursday in Lahore High Court by  against the national cricket team on matchfixing charges in the ICC World Cup semifinal. It said that the match was fixed to create friendly ties between India and Pakistan. It also said that before the start of the match, skipper Shahid Afridi spoke with Interior Minister Rehman Malik and Firdous Ashiq Awan on the phone.
