It has not been long that I have bought an 800 CC car. It was the beginning of summer when I bought it. Now it is winter and while starting my car in the morning I have to go through a real headache while switching it form petrol to gas. Kindly tell me about fixing this problem.

Most cars that run both on gas and petrol do have starting problem in winter. If you are also having this problem then the very first thing you should do is check if there is anything wrong with the car’s battery or the generator. If they are in got shape and there is no other electrical problem then there are just a few things that you should know while converting your car from petrol to gas. Before switching on the engine first pump the fuel by pushing the race paddle or accelerator no more than 5 to 10 times. Once you will ignite the car and if it does not start keep on doing the pumping till it ignites. Usually when the fuel has reached carburetor the car starts. When the car has started, keep it on petrol for one or two minutes till the bubbling stops. Now switch off the petrol by first keeping the conversion switch in the center means neither on petrol nor on gas. Once the car engine is switched off, try ignition one or two times. Now simply turn the conversion button on gas and your car will start.
