    Photographs that do not meet the requirements of Singapore Passport will result in a delay in the processing of the passport application. You will receive a notification letter from ICA Singapore if your photograph is rejected. You may re-submit a new photograph using the photo re-submission slip enclosed with the notification letter. Upon receipt of the new photo, we will process the passport application. You will be notified by post to collect the new passport once it is ready.
