It is only about a month left to go for my wedding and I have discovered signs of psoriasis on my face. Although I have been taking best possible care of my skin with some good skin moisturizers, lotions and face wash stuff but have no idea how I got an attack of psoriasis on my face. As little knowledge is known to be dangerous so I am not looking to be adventurous or try something different on my own. For this reason, I would be more than just grateful if anyone could tell me how I should get rid of psoriasis on my face in the least possible time.

You need not to worry about as psoriasis is not something deadly or life-threatening. The first thing you should do is visit a doctor who will advise you some type of steroid solution, like Dovanex or Tazorac, after confirming that it is psoriasis. A substance called salicylic acid helps treating psoriasis symptoms by removing its scales from the skin. Besides, applying coal tar can reduce itching, burning, inflammation and scaling by combining it with salicylic acid to treat psoriasis symptoms. Apart from this sun exposure can also provide relief from psoriasis but overdoing can result in sunburns. Try having fatty acids enriched diet that can be obtained from antioxidant fruits.
