   You must first pass the Theory Test (Airfield Rules Test). This test is designed to test your knowledge of the rules and regulations of the airside, radio-telephony communication procedures and the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Changi Airport) By-Laws 2009.
   The first step towards passing this test is to understand the contents under the syllabus of the Airside Driving Theory Handbook. A copy of the official handbook can be purchased from the Airside Driving Centre at $2.00. You can either self-study or enroll as a student into one of the approved training centres.

   Please book the test date with the Airside Driving Centre.
   Upon passing the Theory Test, you can book for the Practical Driving Test (Airfield Driving/Safety-Compliance Test). The Practical Driving Test will be conducted by a Driving Examiner and your employer must provide a motor vehicle which is suitable for the test, in good mechanical condition and properly insured. Upon passing this test, you will then be issued with the Airfield Driving Permit
