Quick exercises to reduce lower Body fat for women

Hi, my name is Anita and I’m a house wife. As a housewife, it is difficult for me to go gym as I’m so much busy with children. So due to it, I have lot of fat on my lower body. I wake up early in the morning so I can manage my workout at that time. So kindly suggest me any quick lower Body exercises.
