Experienced Professionals Requirements:
• Candidate must be a degree holder in Civil Engineering or any engineering courses
• Preferably license engineer; not more than 40 years old
• Must have 10 years working experience in quality control, gained from construction company
• Keen on details must be physically fit and agile
• Able to plan, lead, organize, and control the QC Group
Sales Agent Positions Requirements:
• Male/Female, 35-40 years old
• Bachelor's degree in business and management-related courses
• With a minimum of five years of proven sales excellence in real estate
• Can organize a team of 6 Sales Managers and 40 Property Consultants
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
• With proven ability and strong leadership skills in handling and motivating groups of managers and high performers in achieving overall business targets and quotas
