   Bridesmaids is an American comedy film released on 11 May, 2011.  It was directed by Paul Feig and produced by Judd Apatow, Clayton Townsend, and Barry Mendel. The main stars of the film are Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph, Rose Byrne, Melissa McCarthy, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Ellie Kemper, Chris O'Dowd, and Jill Clayburgh. However, there are many other people who performed in the film as well.
   
   It was produced by Apatow Productions and was released by legendary Universal Pictures. Its music was given by Michael Andrews, a very well-known musician of the United States.
   
   The story of the film revolves around Annie and Lillian who are best friends since their childhood; when Lillian gets engaged, she requests Annie to become her Maid of Honor. Lillian also chooses four bridesmaids: Helen Harris who is very rich wife of Lillian's fiancé's boss and new close friend of Lillian; Becca, a newlywed, likes marriage and shows sympathy for  Annie because of single status; Megan, groom very aggressive sister; and Rita, a married relative having three sons. While the wedding preparations go on, Annie's personal life starts messing up; Annie was at the edge of destructive relationship with a man who thinks about her as a s*x partner and nothing more than that. Although she is getting advices from her best friend but still does not manage it properly. Annie tricks her way through the costly and weird practices.
   
   Annie's disordered personal life, money matters, and uncertainty and fear about Lillian and friendship of Helen begin to start their toll as the wedding comes nearer.
