This program is designed especially for amateurs which will help them run longer, this program will help in catching more time for work out and ultimately guide you towards advance workouts and runs, you will need to adjust yourself on the speeds needed for beginner level and intensities to suite your fitness level.

First if all you will have to warm yourself up for about 5 minutes at a slow pace of about 3.5mph, afterwards start to jog at 5mph for 4 minutes, increase your pace and time now jog at about 6mph for a time of 8 minutes, after a long job decrease your time and speed at 5mph and jog for 4 minutes only, after this jog you will have to cool yourself, for cooling down dont just rest but jog at a slow pace for 5 minutes.

This program is a basic workout of about 26 minutes which helps to maintain and increase stamina, once you are expert in this program and you feel like getting a little far move on to the intermediaries program.
