I am Deepak Sharma Facing proble in my samsung CORBY MATE this handset is repaired 7 to 8 times from the service center but hanging issue is not getting solved. Now I am fad up with thease service. They are behaving with my like a dog. On asking why the issue is coming again and again . They started abusing me and also said to contact with head, ceo or some where else but go to h**l from here.

This is the way they treat there customer. I need some help from you all.

If some body can give me the email ID of some head or higher official so that i can conway my massage to the company.

    dear sir, i have purchase a samsung c2120,but it is not working.i complaint in service center on 22/8/2010 at cell net L-1 mahavir enclave but not reply. my job letter no. 4002. other wise i logged a complaint in consumer court

    we are oyrcgase a sansung printer ML 1640,mo laser printer.  but it is not working. the problmes jam the paper. we are given the complain on 11.10.2010. to till not come the service enginger. what willdo ? give any solution.
