   My car was damaged by your BLACK cart out on a main street. Someone took the cart off your lot and when we were coming home from work at 3 am, someone deliberately pushed the cart right at my car and broke off the $100 side mirror.  IF your cart had had something reflective on it or if it had been a lighter colour, I MIGHT have had a chance to avoid it when it came flying at me.  Why, in the world would you bring in carts that are such a dark colour when they get left all over the place due to no 'policing' nor extended collection of them?  I'm on disability and expenses like this take away from my food budget, so I'd like to see some action and compensation for this?

   No wonder your store is getting a bad reputation!  If I could afford to take you to court, I'd win the decision against you and you'd owe me a new mirror, but otherwise, you hide behind blanket statements and prey on people to not pursue matters.  One of these days, it is going to catch up with your lack of responsibility and you'll get hit for a lot more than a $100 mirror.  When are you going to do something about the non-reflective aspect of your new carts?
