I mean, there is this kid, named Shay. And he is a pretty good size Senior, I am a junior and I am not as built as he is. He has brute strength over me, but am I allowed to use my martial arts that I learned from people in the Navy Seals? These tactics are pin-point presicion and meant to kill. I mean, I don't wan't to. But in lacrosse during P.E. he smacked me upsiode the head with the stick used to pick the ball up. It didn't hurt, but what if it were different? If he does it again, what should I do?

    eye for an eye was good when there were no rules and laws to follow.  you should ask him to stop or else you will tell. i got picked on all the time and did not have your pin-point precision tactics meant to kill. i simply did what most people would and told on him.

    Everybody has the right to live their lives without feeling bullied, threatened or unsafe.

    Although bullying happens to a lot of us at some time or another, that doesn't mean it's normal, and you certainly don't have to accept it. Some people think bullying is a 'fact if life'. But bullying is wrong, and you don't have to put up with it.

    There are things you can do to deflect people who bully:

        * Act more confident. If a person who bullies feels that they don't have any power over you, it takes the 'fun' out of it for them
        * Hang around with friends or an adult at times when you're most in danger of being bullied
        * Don't fight back. It can make the situation worse
        * Tell someone

    Breaking the silence is the most important part in fighting back against bullying. If you've kept a diary of when the bullying has been taking place, this can help you when you tell a teacher or parent what's been going on. Most schools have anti-bullying guidelines and will take your complaint seriously.

    I thank you for your answers, but if I am able to lay him out, do you think he will fight again?

    Easier: If I beat him up badly, will he bully me again? And if I do, will I get in more trouble than him?
