Should I let my 16 year old daughter date a inner city black kid?

I have a beautiful, smart 16 year old daughter. She brought a black kid by the house, and they both seemed really into eachother. I wouldnt have a problem with it if the kid was respectful. He was very loud, and used curse words around my wife. He sagged his pants so low his rear end was completely out of his pants. And I felt helpless against saying anything because I dont want him thinking im some rasists. What should I do, this kid has absolutely no manners. He seems to want people to think he is some hard thug from the streets...and im worried for my daughters safety.

    do you want your daughter to end up pregnant, raped, murdered or addicted to drugs? then why in the world would you even have second thoughts about her dating this prick? your a bad mom.
