Should females gym teachers be allowed in boys locker room?

   A female gym teacher has no more right being in the mens lockeroom than a male teacher in the womens lockeroom. The double standard does not apply. Pretending she doesn't enjoy the sight of a naked male is balony. Using the argument it's nothing I hav'nt seen before applies to males in the same respect. The males deserve as much rerspect and privacy as the females. I think it's called tirle9.

       No females should be allowed in any male lockeroom or for that matter anywhere that men or boys of any age are in a state of full or partial undress.Being a so called professional does not exempt one from the rules of common courtesy.Would a female of any age (exebitionists excluded) want a male other than someone they love or a doctor of their choosing (except in emergencies) to view them in a state of undress.

   
   

       My belief is that certain factions of society want us to be gender blind unless a womans privacy/modesty is involved,then we must take every precaution to avoid offending them(not all women agree with a double standard where male modesty is concerned,they care about their parents,brothers,grandfathers or any mans right to modesty) or suffer their wrath.

   This depends on your culture. I´m an American 15 year old boy, curently doing a 6 month exchange at a high school in Finland. Here, its very common for women sports teachers to come into the boys changing room. Our swimming teacher is a youngish woman (22), and she will come in and check our names off, and do other paper work while we are having a shower and changing. None of the Finnish boys even notice her (I mean, she´s sitting right there, so you can´t really fail to notice her, but they take no notice). Nobody bothers to cover up their penises. Once a month she makes a note of our weight, and for that we stand on the weighing machine while she´s sitting directly behind, with a close-up view of every boy´s bare butt. Likewise, nobody thinks twice about it. There´s no right or wrong about this, it just depends on what you´ve grown up with.

   The double standard illuminates the lunacy.  Can you imagine asking, seriously, the question should male gym teachers be allowed in girls locker rooms?  Of course not.  The truth of the matter is that most male gym teachers would behave just as professionally as do the females in the male lockers.  But, its not about them.  Its about the children showering - they should have the right whether they are boys or girls - to expect equal privacy consideration.

   Female teachers do not belong in the mens lockeroom. I'm tired of privacy rights only apply to women. The response of  Americans are so uptight about nudity is not an acceptable response for women in the mens lockeroom. There are times and places(nude beach, for ex.) no problem.  Women enjoy the sight of a naked male just as much as men do a naked female.
