Should it be a comfortable quarter final for Pakistan playing against West Indies?

The cricket team of West Indies will travel to Dhaka, Bangladesh for their quarter-final against Pakistan, who topped Group A. The match will be played at the Sher-e-Bangla Stadium on Wednesday in a day/night contest at 2.30 pm. Quarter finals are are big deal and both the teams have been good throughout the world cup till now. I think the match will not be comfortable and many people will spend their day in front of their TV screens.

With Pakistan ending number one and West Indies number four in their respective groups, one can get some idea about the comparison of the two teams. West Indies are not as strong as they used to be about two decades back. On the other hand Pakistan should be very confident after their win over the three consecutive time world champions the Aussies. Besides having a good combination both in batting and bowling, Pakistan should not be looking to create another panic that they did against New Zealand. Not to forget that West Indies were able to make their way to the semis back in 1996 world cup beating the South Africans in Karachi who were unbeatable in the whole tournament.
