Should the Bangladesh management be looking for a change in their side after World Cup 2011 exit?

As we usually see after the World Cups, is there going to be some change in Bangladesh team after early exit from World Cup 2011?

    Bangladesh in World cup 2011, if haven't done exceptionally good then at the same time they havn't been very either. Apart from their performances against West Indies and South Africa they have done quite well. A good management would look to improve the combinations with a little more focus on the bowling department. All the good teams have gone through the process of development for years and years. There is no doubt that if the Bangladeshi side remains the same, they well and truly will be favourites for the next World Cup.
