    Egg free Dairy free cake
   
   This cake will take around 15 minutes to cook and will be ready in approximate 35 minutes, you will need the following ingredients to make this cake
   
   1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
   
   1/2 teaspoon salt
   
   1 cup white sugar
   
   1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
   
   1 teaspoon baking soda
   
   5 tablespoons vegetable oil
   
   1 tablespoon white vinegar
   
   1 teaspoon vanilla extract
   
   1 cup cold water
   
   1/2 cup semi-sweet or sugar free chocolate chips
   
   Directions
   
   Heat the oven for about 350 degrees F before placing in the cake mixture. oil up an 8 x 8 bakin plan or put butter paper on the inside.
   
   Mix flour, salt, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking soda with fork in a large bowl. then stir in oil, vinegar, and vanilla extract. When dry ingredients will be thoroughly moistened, pour in cold water and stir until batter is smooth. Stir in chocolate chips and pour butter into prepared pan.
   
   Put this mixture in a 8 x 8 baking pan and place it in the preheated oven with a toothpick in the middle to indicate whether its cooked or not.
