Question:

Sony KV27FS12 TV display jumpy picture when connected to dvd player

I have connected my A/V cables from the DVD player to this TV and I only see B/W image jumping on the screen and no audio.  Same thing when I connected other DVDs on it.

    Just change the region's system in the DVD player
