South Korea to strengthen troop on island . After the attacks the South Korean govt decided to strengthen troops on island. Can someone tell me the details?

    North Korea declares it will retaliate in resistance to 'reckless provocations' as US a aero plane carrier heads to the environs for soldiers exercises. South Korea's president, Lee Myung-bak, has lucid the country's military to bolster its troop presence on islands near its perimeter with North Korea later this week's bombardment, as Pyongyang warned of revengence for any "reckless military provocations". The threat from North Korea came as a US aircraft carrier headed to the Yellow Sea for joint military manoeuvres with the South, due to start on Sunday. A spokesman for China's foreign ministry said today that Beijing had "concern" come seal the drills.
