Why doesn't Stephen Maguire wear a bow tie during snooker matches? Everyone else has to, right?

    Snooker players have to wear a very formal outfit. It's actually a tradition that has been going on for many years. Most players cope with this dress code but it's also uncomfortable to other players. Stephen Maguire is one of the snooker players that gets a skin rash from the bow tie. He has a doctor's certificate saying that he has dispensation from wearing a bow tie during matches.
    However, the heads of snooker are concerned that this is going to be too common among players. So in the future it will be harder and harder to get this kind of dispensation.
