My name is Jimmy Sandler. I’m from Virginia. I have an iPhone which I love it a lot. Yesterday, when I was restoring or updating my iPhone, I got an error 20 which popped up on my screen suddenly.  According to me its software gets corrupt. Suggest me any solution how I can fix that error. Kindly help me as early as possible. I will be very grateful to you.

Don’t be worry dude. It’s not a big issue as it’s fairly a very common problem for all iPhone users comes during restoration or updating. Its solution is very easy. So you don’t need to be geek, nerd, computer programmer or tech savvy for that. There is no rocket science required for that. Error 20 actually designed for iPhone safety actually.  It prevents iTunes from further proceeding and usually comes up when the users click on "Restore" tab. Its solution is very easy; all you have to do is workaround iTunes.

    1) Start iTunes after connecting iPhone to your computer system.

    2) Simply click on the "Restore" button while simultaneously pressing the "Alt" key with it. By doing this, a dialogue box will open. And then select a specific firmware file for your iPhone to revert to during the restore procedure.

    3) Select the desired firmware file that you wish to restore and then simply click "Open." You should always attempt to restore from a backup file that precedes your most recent.

    4) After following these steps, re-sync info such as contacts, addresses and notes from iTunes to your Phone again to get your iPhone up to date.
