Plantar Fasciitis is a connecting tissue in the bottom of your feet, the sole area, it is a painful inflammatory disease.

Plantar Fasciitis causes pain in the sole area of your when you wake in the morning and tend to walk, it is built overnight, the pain is because of plantar fasciitis when it tightens overnight. The pain felt can be reduced by stretching the Plantar fasciitis or by massaging it before standing. Following are some exercises to heal the pain of plantar fasciitis.

Calf Stretch: Stand wall facing with both of your hands on the wall, place one of your leg behind other and raise up your heel as you feel a stretch, keep doing this step for 15 to 20 seconds.

Achilles Tendon Stretch: Stand on a step or stair, keeping your heels on the edge, raise your heel until you feel a stretch in your calves.

Hamstring Stretch: while standing put one leg in front of you and keep your knee straight and bend back a little.

Marble Lifts: Pick up marbles from your toes and place them in a glass.

Towel Stretch: stretch your feet with the help of a towel by holding it from both sides, the middle area of the foot should be pulled.
