my face gets red and red spots appear on my legs and neck after drinking milk or having a milk chocolate, I think I have milk allergy, what are the signs of milk allergy?

     Milk allergy is actually an immense immune reaction to one of the constituents found in milk, mostly cow milk, alpha S1-casein is mostly the substance found to this immune reaction.

    Symptoms of Milk Allergy: The main symptoms of milk allergy may be respiratory, dermatological and even gastrointensinal, diseases like diarrhea, constipation and stomach upsetness are usually caused because of Milk allergy, Milk allergy is considered to be hazardous to life at some times, people having allergy have experienced skin rashes and vomiting with hives as well, following disorders are also experienced in patients with milk allergy anaphylactic reactions, atopic dermatitis, wheeze, infantile colic, gastroesophageal reflux (GER), oesophagitis, allergic colitis, headache/migraine, oral irritation, and constipation.

    Remedies: Avoid Milk products, or use products of milk with zero alpha S1-casein, avoid products with Casein products, Opta and Simplesse, Hydrolysates, Lactose and Whey.
