The Love Guru, with Mike Myers as an Indian "mystic" trying to mine yucks from a minefield of flatulence jokes, elephant dung and ethnic stereotyping, was lauded as the worst film of 2008 at Saturday's 29th annual Razzie Awards.

Although The Love Guru earned additional Razzies for Worst Actor (Myers) and Worst Screenplay (Myers and Graham Gordy), no single movie dominated the ceremonies. In fact, 2008 proved an equal-opportunity year for cinematic awfulness. The three Razzies "won" by The Love Guru was the fewest for a Worst Picture "winner" since 1994's Color of Night earned only that single dis-honor.
