The biggest bug in the world is the Goliath Beetle which can weigh up to 3.5 ounces and be 4.5 inches long. Goliath beetles measure from 60–110 millimeters for males and 50–80 millimeters for females, as adults, and can reach weights of up to 80–100 grams in the larva stage, though the adults are only about half this weight.
