   Hi There,
   1.  Given the dynamic nature of changing business process procedures (BPPs), who should ideally manage the content changes for users:  IT or the business unit? (business unit's SME, business analysts, etc) {don't accept the answer, "it depends on the tool" -- ideally, who should own it?]    Right answer: Business unit
   
   2.  Given SaaS growing popularity (software as a service), how is effective integration achieved with other web-based applications?
   
   3.  How important is "change management" to the deployment success of a major ERP software implementation?  What are the best practices in change management, especially when it involves "re-purposing" or laying off workers, or changes to their work flow processes?
   
   4.  What are the most universally utilized standards for SOA (Service-oriented architecture)?
   
   5.  What is e-learning's role (also called "distance learning" or WBT, web-based learning) in building IT skills and competencies?  What vendor models are you fond of?
   
   6.  What are your best sources for solutions for test-evaluation tools, especially ones that simultaneously help create learning content for end-users?   (hint: see www.worksoft.com)
   
   7.  In major ERP (enterprise resource planning) software deployments, vendors tend to give you three choices:  their own tool sets for learning new applications, a system integrator creates the learning content, or you create your own content using existing tools.  What are the pros-cons of each of these approaches, and is their a fourth option that I'm not aware of?
