Snacks: Popcorn, mandrines, banana muffins, saltines with peanut butter, chips and salsa, raisins Super: • In super you can use Salmon patty sandwiches, steamed green beans and carrots, salad. • Another option for you is baked potatoes with cheese sauce, broccoli and turkey. • You can also enjoy Bean Burritos, chips and salsa, salad • Lentil and Rice Casserole are also a very good choice. • Baked Omelet Casserole are also for you."
