Weight loss meal plan

I am keeping on gaining weight, I need a slow workout plan, such a plan that will reduce my weight the healthier way, is there any plan that works out gradually and does not need any intense workouts?

     A gradual diet meal is effective and helps loose weight the way our body requires, Eating 300 to 500 calories less per day should lead to a loss of between one and two pounds per week, here is a diet plan off 1200 per day.

    Breakfast: Have skimmed milk instead of normal milk, a cup in breakfast.

    Have an orange for breakfast

    Have a bowl of cereal.

    Morning Snack: Have a bowl of melon.

    Lunch: Have a whole Pita bread (small) with a bowl of noodles.

    Take a glass of skimmed milk

    Take 100 calorie bars for lunch, like chocolate energy bars or a fudgsicle.

    Afternoon: have two table spoons of prepared Hummus and 3 ounces of celery sticks for lunch.

    Dinner: For dinner have a plate of ½ cup cooked brown rice with beans or wild mushrooms with a banana.

    This diet plan will gradually adjust your body and stomach for a long run, you can change the items each day but they should be of the same calorie as detailed above.
