I have started to gain a lot of weight since I have started working as I get hungry and I eat wildly while in break, I need a diet and exercise plan, any insights?

In your plan you should have a 20 minutes’ walk while at lunch hour. Avoid alcohol, have it on weekends. Avoid biscuits and chocolates have fruits instead. Rather than drinking soft drinks have fruit drinks or water. because soft drinks and carbonized drinks contain a huge amount of sugar. Stop taking sugar in tea and coffee. Limit the use of butter and margarine in your lunch Have small intakes of food you like eating. Have a proper breakfast before you leave, skip any other meal but not breakfast. A Slow and gradual weight loss is what a body needs and it is healthier enough then intense starving and workouts.
