I am keeping on gaining weight, I need a slow workout plan, such a plan that will reduce my weight the healthier way, is there any plan?

    Following are the things you should do to maintain yourself the healthy way.

    Reduce the intakes of calories by avoiding high calorie eatables and increase your activity.

    You should permanently change your eating habits like if you eat an extra biscuit it will make you gain 5 lbs a year, cut the biscuit eating and manage a healthy routine of breakfast; this changed routine will help you in the long run.

    Increase your activity like indulge in Team sports, aerobics classes, running, walking, swimming and cycling will all improve your fitness levels. Whenever you go for shopping park your car aside and try long walks.

    Reduce your calorie intakes, Eating 300 to 500 calories less per day should lead to a loss of between one and two pounds per week, avoid cream cakes and heavy food items.

    Right down your plan of food intake, walk, exercise, drinks etc.
