    Another Spanish dish is arroz a la cubana. It is white rice with tomato sauce and a fried egg. Some people may add a fried banana to it as well.

    One Spanish dish is the Tortilla Espanola. It is an egg omelette made with potatoes and is fried in olive oil. Some may add onions to it. Since it is technically an omelette some people may add green peppers, zucchini, eggplant, or other types of vegetables. It is usually served as a snack rather than a meal.
